How does this entire process work?
After you select your vehicle, you’ll be given the proper oil change to purchase. Add it to cart and go through checkout process. Once complete, you’ll receive a PDF that includes a barcode. Take that PDF to any participating service center. They will scan it in and perform the oil change. Should you desire any additional products or services, you can pay for those directly at the service center.
Where do I need to go to get the oil change after purchasing it on this site?
We are continuously growing this program to service centers around the country as demand grows. You can view all on the participating service centers page.

I lost the email with the voucher. How do I retrieve it?
No problem. When you completed checkout, you were prompted to create an account. Log-in to the site with your email and password and you’ll find your voucher in your account. If you didn’t create an account, we still saved your voucher…go on to the “forgot password” page to create a new password. Then log-in and you should be all set. If you still can’t find it, email us at support@simplifiedoilchange.com and we’ll help.
I have an issue with my order, who can I contact?
The quickest way for us to help you is for you to email us at support@simplifiedoilchange.com. Include your name and the email address you used during checkout in the body of the email so we can look up your order details.
Why can’t I buy the pre-paid oil change for my vehicle?
Some vehicles have specialized requirements for their oil that are more complex than most vehicles (specifically those requiring Diesel and Euro motor oils). To ensure you get the right oil and experience, we recommend you come in to any service center and we’ll take care of you! Here is a link to our current coupons.
