We developed the Simplified Oil Change website in order to make the total experience with Valvoline Instant Oil Change…well, more simple. If you bought a voucher that doesn’t match what your vehicle needs or are not anywhere near a participating service center, we are happy to refund your purchase.

- Name & email address used when purchasing pre-paid oil change from this site
- Reason for refund request
- While we will attempt to honor all refund requests, we reserve the right to deny refund request if service has been performed, or started, on a vehicle attempting to use the pre-paid voucher, or if fraud is deemed to be involved in the transaction.
- If a refund is issued, please allow 3-5 business days for the funds to be received and visible to the original payment method.
