Purchase and Voucher Redemption
- Pre-Paid Services: Our Site offers pre-paid oil change vouchers for purchase. Upon successful payment, you will receive a digital voucher.
- Redemption: Vouchers can be redeemed at participating Valvoline Instant Oil Change service centers located within the greater Charlotte, NC area. A list of participating locations is available on our Site.
- Vehicle Compatibility: The voucher must match the oil type and quantity required by the vehicle brought in for service. It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure compatibility.
- Voucher Validity: Vouchers are valid for a specified period, as indicated on the voucher itself. If no expiration date is indicated on the voucher, it will expire one year from date of purchase. Expired vouchers will not be honored.
- No Cash Value: Vouchers have no cash value and cannot be redeemed for cash.
Oil and Filter Specifications
- Standard Oil and Filter: The pre-paid oil change service includes the oil type and quantity specified on the voucher and a standard oil filter.
- Premium Oil Filter: If your vehicle’s manufacturer requires a premium oil filter, you will be responsible for paying the difference between the cost of the standard filter included in your voucher and the premium filter required. This payment will be made directly to the participating service center at the time of service.
- Oil Type and Amount: The oil type and amount purchased on the voucher must match the vehicle being serviced. In the event of a mismatch, the customer will be required to pay the difference directly to the participating service center.
Scheduling and Service
- Service Center Policies: Participating service centers operate under additional policies and procedures. SimplifiedOilChange.com is not responsible for operations at the service center and any issues that arise during, or as a result of, the service performed at the service center, should be directed to the service center itself and not to SimplifiedOilChange.com
- Vehicle Condition: We are not responsible for any pre-existing vehicle conditions or damages.
Limitation of Liability
- We are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our Site or the redemption of pre-paid oil change vouchers.
- Our liability is limited to the purchase price of the voucher.
Changes to Terms and Conditions

Vouchers can only be redeemed at the stores listed in the participating service centers at the time of redemption. Vouchers cannot be combined with any other offers or discounts. Vouchers have no cash value.
